Remark: | Hybrids of C. trimaculatum with other cichlids (called "Flower Horn" or "Hua LuoHan" in the local trade) are popular in aquariums. Owners have released many pet fish into the wild and they have established breeding populations and reverted to C. trimaculatum in appearance. Found in several freshwater reservoirs and canals, and brackish tidal canals in Singapore. | ||||
