Geography and Climate The islands of Bahrain are low-lying and rocky, with the exception of Bahrain Island, the largest of the group, which rises to an elevation of 135 m. The climate in Bahrain is arid, with annual rainfall about 100 mm, nearly all of which falls from December through March. The average annual temperature is about 25°C.
