Definition of Term

eutrophic
(english) Waters that are rich in nutrients and plant life. Lower parts of eutrophic lakes may suffer from lack of light and oxygen. (See also: oligotrophic, eutrophication)
eutrophique
(french) Eaux qui sont riches en éléments nutritifs et en vie végétale. Les parties inférieures de lacs eutrophes peuvent souffrir d'un manque de lumière et doxygène. (See also: oligotrophic, eutrophication)
