 Environment:  demersal; pH range: 6.5
 Distribution:  Asia: presently known only from the Kapuas basin in western Borneo, Indonesia.
 Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 4-4; Anal soft rays: 60-60; Vertebrae: 57-57. Absence of pelvic fins; 7/4 principal caudal rays.
 Biology:  Found in a small forest stream.
