Description: Characterized by having a pair of diagonal bands across anal fin and five dark transverse bands across ventral surface of head; ctenoid scales; presence of palatine teeth; absence of occipital pit; no coronal spines; three spines on suborbital ridge; three spines on lacrimal; presence of slender tentacle above eye; depth of body 2.4 in SL (Ref. 90102). |
Known on basis of only two specimens collected with beach seine in shallow water at Cammahala Bay, Luzon, Philippines (Ref 90102). |
