 Environment:  bathydemersal; depth range - 1010 m
 Distribution:  Northeast Atlantic: Spain.
 Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 38-38; Anal soft rays: 31-31; Vertebrae: 43-43. Posterior part of intestine tightly coiled, forming two parallel rings. Coronal pore present. Lower pectoral fin rays longer and thicker than upper lobe rays. Gill rakers unmodified. Coracoid with strong helve. Skin pale, head beneath skin unpigmented (Ref. 43481).
