 Max. size:  20 cm TL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  demersal; depth range - 30 m
 Distribution:  Eastern Central Atlantic: Senegal to Angola.
 Diagnosis:   
 Biology:  Neritic species (Ref. 7356). Inhabits inshore water, frequenting rocky coast and beaches to depths of 20 m (Ref. 9675).
 IUCN Red List Status: Data deficient  (Ref. 96402)
 Threat to humans:  harmless
