 Environment:  bathydemersal; depth range - 1505 m
 Distribution:  Northeast Atlantic: southwest of Iceland.
 Diagnosis:  Dorsal soft rays (total): 88-88; Anal soft rays: 73-73; Vertebrae: 93-93. Dorsal fin origin associated with vertebrae 4; branchiostegal rays 6; suborbital pores 5. Mediolateral lateral line, originating just posterior to posteriormost postorbital pore. Pseudobranch present.
 Biology:  Found in abyssal depths (Ref. 11954). Minimum depth from Ref. 58018.
 IUCN Red List Status: Not Evaluated  (Ref. 96402)
