 Distribution:  Western Central Pacific: Vietnam, Philippines and Australia.
 Diagnosis:  Description: Characterized by head length 6.6 in TL; body depth about 20-30 in TL; combined head and trunk about 80% of tail length; dorsal fin origin at midway between anus and gill opening; no pectoral fins; dorsal and anal fins confluent with caudal fin; soft and flexible tail tip; uniserial jaw teeth; biserial vomerine teeth (Ref. 90102).
