 Distribution:  Northwest Atlantic: Baffin Bay, Greenland, and from deep waters off the east coast of North America from near Browns Bank (Canada) to off Cape Hatteras, North Carolina (USA).
 Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Anal spines: 0-0
 Biology:  Epibenthic; feeds on crustaceans (Ref. 58426).
