 Family:  Callionymidae (Dragonets)
 Max. size:  10 cm TL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  reef-associated; depth range - 50 m
 Distribution:  Eastern Indian Ocean: southern Australia, from southern Western Australia to New South Wales and Tasmania.
 Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 4-4; Dorsal soft rays (total): 7-7; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 6-7. Caudal fin are fan like (Ref. 9002).
 Biology:  Found in coastal reefs, estuaries, sheltered to turbulent reefs (Ref. 9002).
 IUCN Red List Status: Not Evaluated  (Ref. 96402)
 Threat to humans:  harmless
