 Family:  Gobiesocidae (Clingfishes and singleslits), subfamily: Gobiesocinae
 Max. size:  1.86 cm SL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  demersal; depth range - 68 m
 Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: Venezuela.
 Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 7-7; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 7-7. Five red lines around eyes, two of which cross the head between the eyes; single reddish brown spot in the dorsal and anal fins (Ref. 42102).
 Biology:  Collected with small red coralline algae and some large brown algae (Ref. 42102). Minimum depth from Ref. 58018.
 IUCN Red List Status: Data deficient  (Ref. 96402)
 Threat to humans:  harmless
