 Environment:  demersal; depth range - 0 m
 Distribution:  Asia: Kor, Shur and Qom rivers in Iran.
 Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 3-3; Dorsal soft rays (total): 8-8; Anal spines: 2-2; Anal soft rays: 5-5. With long paired fins, relatively short but deep and laterally compressed caudal peduncle. Lateral and dorsal body portions, with roundish brown spots on a marbled background. Head and body, pale yellow ventrally. Dorsal and caudal fins with rows of brown spots. Peritoneum, dull brown.
