 Family:  Gobiesocidae (Clingfishes and singleslits), subfamily: Gobiesocinae
 Max. size:  9 cm TL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  reef-associated
 Distribution:  Western Atlantic: Bahama Is., Greater Antilles, Virgin Is., Lesser Antilles, northern South America
 Diagnosis:  Dorsal spines (total): 0-0; Dorsal soft rays (total): 7-8; Anal spines: 0-0; Anal soft rays: 6-7
 Biology:  Found in very shallow water along rocky shores that may be exposed to surf (Ref. 13442). May enter narrow cracks and crevices (Ref. 13442). Feeds on limpets, crabs, chitons, crustaceans, fishes and polychaete worms (Ref. 13442).
