 Family:  Nothobranchiidae (African rivulines)
 Max. size:  5 cm TL (male/unsexed)
 Environment:  benthopelagic, non-migratory
 Distribution:  Africa: Known only from its type locality, a savanna brook in the vicinity of Midouli, southern Congo.
 Diagnosis:   
 Biology:  Not a seasonal killifish. Is difficult to maintain in aquarium (Ref. 27139).
 IUCN Red List Status: Data deficient  (Ref. 96402)
 Threat to humans:  harmless
