Remarks 'koteletfisk', i.e., 'chopfish', this name was applied to the species to make it marketable because nobody would eat a fish called 'seacat', its old name. However, 'seacat' is presently in use and 'koteletfisk' has died out (Villy Christensen, pers. comm., 1999).
